Refund Policy

Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued. Results can vary depending on individual hair, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare, and cannot be guaranteed.

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and are deducted from the total cost of your service.

Deposits will be forfeited for:

• Late cancellations or rescheduling outside the required notice period

• No-show appointments

• Late arrivals resulting in appointment cancellation

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review your concerns. Where appropriate, we may offer an adjustment or corrective service at our discretion.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Results impacted by factors outside our control

• Individual preference or expectations discussed prior to treatment
