At Salon Arrch, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality beauty services. Due to the nature of beauty treatments, once a service has been provided, we do not offer refunds for completed services, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Policy

Results may vary between clients and are influenced by individual hair or skin type, medical history, lifestyle factors, and adherence to aftercare instructions. For this reason, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Deposits may be retained in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation or rescheduling outside the required notice period

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show)

  • Late arrival that prevents the service from being completed

If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must contact Salon Arrch within 48 hours of your appointment. Where appropriate, we may offer a reasonable adjustment or corrective service at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund.

 

Refunds will not be offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions

  • Results affected by factors outside our control

  • Personal preference or expectations discussed prior to treatment

 

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.
