VIP Membership Policies

By purchasing a Salon Arrch VIP Membership, you agree to the following membership policies.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these membership policies excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the ACL. ACCC+1
1) Membership Type and Who Can Use It

VIP Memberships are for the named member only and are not transferable.

Membership benefits and inclusions apply only while your membership is active and paid up to date.
2) Fixed Term and Re-Signing
-
Each VIP Membership is a fixed 12-week term.
-
Your membership does not auto-renew.
-
At the end of your 12-week term, your membership ends unless you purchase and accept a new 12-week term (re-sign).

If you want to continue without losing continuity benefits (e.g., 6-month reward), you must re-sign before your term ends (see section 10).
3) Weekly Payments and Billing Authority

VIP Memberships are billed weekly at the rate shown at checkout for your selected membership.

By purchasing, you authorise Salon Arrch (and/or our payment provider) to process weekly payments using your nominated payment method.

If a payment fails, your membership may be suspended until the account is brought up to date (see section 9).
4) What You Receive
Your inclusions are those displayed on your chosen membership at the time of purchase. Current VIP Membership options include:
Lash Maintenance VIP (weekly billing)

1 × Premium Lash Service every 6 weeks (Lash Filler OR Keratin Lash Lift)

1 × Brow Wax + Sculpt every 4 weeks

Member-only rates on lash add-ons
-
Priority & early access to bookings
-
Occasional complimentary LED Light Therapy or Lip Mask
-
6 months of continuous membership = free Hybrid Brows (see section 10)
Skin Renewal VIP (weekly billing)

1 × Monthly Skin Renewal Ritual (60–75 minutes) every 4 weeks

Seasonal LED therapy included when appropriate
-
Personalised skin routine audit at each visit

Priority & early access to bookings
-
Member-only seasonal upgrade offers

6 months of continuous membership = free Hybrid Brows (see section 10)
The Ultimate Brow VIP (weekly billing)

1 × Brow Lamination every 6 weeks

1 × Lamination Maintenance OR Hybrid Brows every 4 weeks

Priority & early access to bookings

Member-only rates on brow add-ons
-
6 months of continuous membership = free Hybrid Brows (see section 10)
5) How Included Services Are Issued (Weekly Pay, 4–6 Week Services)
Because you pay weekly but services are issued every 4 weeks or 6 weeks, inclusions are earned/issued on cycles:

4-week inclusions are issued after 4 weekly payments have been successfully paid during an active term.

6-week inclusions are issued after 6 weekly payments have been successfully paid during an active term.
Inclusions are not issued upfront and are not available in advance.
6) Booking and Availability

Appointments are subject to availability. “Priority & early access” means you may be offered earlier access to openings; it does not guarantee specific dates/times.

You are responsible for booking your included services when they become available/issued.
7) Use Rules, Expiry, and No Rollover
-
Included services must be used within a reasonable time while your membership is active.
-
Unused inclusions do not accumulate indefinitely and are not redeemable for cash.
-
Inclusions cannot be sold, gifted, shared, or transferred.
8) Member Appointment Changes (Cancellations / Reschedules / No-Shows)
This section applies to appointments booked using a membership inclusion:

48+ hours’ notice: you may reschedule without losing the inclusion.
-
Less than 48 hours’ notice: the inclusion may be treated as forfeited for that cycle.
-
No-shows: treated as forfeited inclusions.
Repeated late cancellations/no-shows may result in booking restrictions (e.g., reduced booking windows).
9) Failed Payments, Suspension, and Overdue Accounts

If a weekly payment fails, your membership may be suspended until the balance is paid.
-
While suspended, you cannot redeem inclusions or access member-only rates.
-
If your account remains unpaid, we may cancel your membership term and recover any outstanding amounts lawfully owed.
10) 6-Month Reward (Free Hybrid Brows)
Where your membership includes “6 months continuous membership = free Hybrid Brows”:
-
“Continuous membership” means back-to-back 12-week terms with no break between terms and no overdue balance.

For weekly billing, 6 months is treated as 26 successful weekly payments.
-
If you do not re-sign before your term ends, continuity breaks and the 6-month count restarts.
-
The free Hybrid Brows reward is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 8 weeks of being issued.
11) Add-Ons, Upgrades, and Extras

Membership inclusions cover only what is listed for your membership.
-
Add-ons, upgrades, removals, extra time, or additional services not included will be charged at the displayed price (or member rate where offered).

If you choose an upgrade (where available), you pay any difference.
12) Complimentary Perks
Any “occasional complimentary” perks (e.g., LED Light Therapy or Lip Mask) are offered subject to availability and suitability, are not guaranteed, and cannot be exchanged for cash/credit.
13) Pausing a Membership (Medical)

Medical pauses may be approved with supporting documentation, at Salon Arrch’s discretion.

Pause requests must be made before your next scheduled payment.
-
If approved, the membership term and inclusion cycles are paused and your end date adjusts accordingly.
14) Ending a Membership Term Early
-
VIP Memberships are a fixed 12-week term.
-
If you request to end your membership early for change of mind or personal reasons, you remain responsible for fees due for the remainder of the 12-week term (unless otherwise required by the ACL).

If Salon Arrch ends the membership because we cannot supply the services as agreed, any remedy (refund/credit for the unused portion or reduced value) will be handled in line with the ACL.
15) Price or Inclusion Changes

Membership pricing and inclusions may change for future terms.
-
Any new pricing/inclusions apply when you re-sign for a new 12-week term.

We won’t change the core price/inclusions of your current 12-week term after purchase except where required by law or by mutual agreement. (This helps avoid “unfair term” risk in standard-form agreements.)
16) Conduct and Right to Refuse
We maintain a respectful, professional environment. We may refuse service or end a membership for serious misconduct (e.g., abusive, threatening, unsafe or dishonest behaviour). Any outcome will be handled consistently with the ACL.
